It’s the 14th day of the 25 Days of Christmas preseason rankings for West Coast Preps, this time with the No. 12 team.

Only schools located within cities on the Bay Area Census are eligible for the poll.

West Coast Preps unveiled the No. 25, No. 24, No. 23, No. 22, No. 21, No. 20, No. 19, No. 18, No. 17, No. 16, No. 15, No. 14 and No. 13 football teams in the Bay Area earlier this week.

No. 12: McClymonds

Despite enrollment numbers dropping in recent years, McClymonds football continues to churn out great team after great team and great players after great players.

At McClymonds, this season is no different than the others following an 11-1 season and a runner-up finish to Oxnard’s Pacific High School in the California Interscholastic Federation Division 2-A championship game.

The McClymonds roster is riddled with talent once again, featuring a pair of 2021 prospects in wide receiver/defensive back Caleb Kendricks and athlete DaVeonne Sanders – both of which hold an offer from William & Mary.

McClymonds has been one of the top programs in the area over the past decade, including this recent stretch, winning three state crowns from 2016-18 to become the first public school to claim three straight CIF state titles.
