Lynam stacks up more offers

St. Francis junior outside linebacker and defensive end Clayton Lynam added more offers to his tally.

Lynam, who recorded 30 tackles and 12 quarterback hurries for the Lancers in their run to the Central Coast Section playoffs as a sophomore, was offered by Army and San Jose State, which marked his third and fourth offers.

Colorado State and Nevada are the other two offers.

Fresno State commit adds offer

One Bay Area athlete committed to Fresno State brought in an offer from a different Mountain West program this week.

Jesse Bethel junior athlete Simeon Harris was offered by Colorado State, coming less than a month after announcing his commitment to Fresno State. Harris recorded eight interceptions last season.

BVAL players see recruitments heat up

Two Bay Valley Athletic League football players saw their recruitments pick up once again this past week.

Heritage senior defensive back Jaden Price received an offer from Lawrence Tech, joining Concordia Chicago, Concordia Wisconsin, Hamline, Iowa Wesleyan, Pacific and Puget Sound. Price led the BVAL in interceptions (three) in 2019.

Pittsburg sophomore running back and defensive back Will Stallings Jr. got his third offer from Nevada. Arkansas State and Charlotte are his other two offers.

Fresno State offers Monte Vista tight end

Monte Vista junior tight end Jack Endries notched his first Division I offer on Friday.

Endries got an FBS offer from Fresno State, where a former Monte Vista quarterback Jake Haener is the starting quarterback.

Endries shined as part of Cal Strength’s club football team in the Winner Circle Athletics Champions League, going for 70-plus yards once and 40-plus yards twice.
